How To Add Palm Muting, Bends, & Slides To A MuseScore Project

MuseScore is one of my favorite tools I use for guitar projects.  As much as I love this program, it’s not always the most intuitive software to use.  I’ve found that there are specific actions commonly needed for guitar writing that are not so easy to find when using this tool. That’s okay because MuseScore is free and we can still do what we need to do with it.  In this lesson, I’m going to show you how to add:

1. Palm muting
2. Bends
3. Slides

–all of which you’ll likely need at some point if you are writing music for guitar.  Let’s jump in and add some guitar-specific tricks to a MuseScore project.
